Academic Beer Evaluation Competition
The Copa Cerveza San Luis Rey is an academic competition that promotes national beer culture, focused on recognizing well-executed processes and high-quality products made by breweries and homebrewers from all over Mexico.
The evaluation is based on the guidelines of the Beer Judge Certification Program (BJCP), ensuring international standards.
